Refund Policy

Free Bookings
Standard library seat bookings through MyLibrarySeat are free. No payment is required and therefore no refund applies for basic seat reservations.
Paid Services
If a library charges a facility or premium seat fee through our platform, cancellations made at least 2 hours before the booking start time are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations are non-refundable.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
